What we collect and why.

What we hold

• Purchase details: your name, email and what you bought (via Stripe, who handle the card; we never see card numbers).
• Members data: your login email, access code, module progress, terms acceptance and a log of your downloads.
• Site analytics: anonymous page-view counts on the sales pages (a random visitor ID, no names).
• Coach chats: your questions are sent to Anthropic's API to generate answers. Don't paste sensitive client data into the coach.

What we do with it

Run your membership, deliver the product, handle guarantee claims, and see which pages convert. That's it. No selling data, no third-party ad brokers.

UK GDPR applies. Email chris@itsmechrisbrown.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you (purchase records we must keep for tax stay for the legal minimum).
